三防功能电动葫芦

根据海洋性气候具有平均湿度大，气温高且空气中充满盐雾腐蚀性强等特点，我公司开发出了具有防潮湿、防腐蚀、防盐雾，三防功能的电动葫芦。

    主要性能特点是：
    1、电动葫芦外形精巧美观、结构紧凑合理；电动机绝缘等级F级，防护等级为IP54，提高了电动葫芦的整体性能。
    2、电动葫芦采用H06-3环氧云铁防锈底漆、H06-1环氧富锌中间漆、X52-E10高氯化聚乙烯面漆。漆膜厚度不小于120μm为防潮湿、防腐蚀、防盐雾三防功能提供可靠保证。
    3、整个结构便于拆卸、安装，维护简单、操做便捷。
    4、整台电动葫芦外露连接件全部采用镀锌处理达到防潮湿、防腐蚀、防盐雾三防功能。

    Main performance features:
    1、Delicate and nice exterior appearance, compact and reasonable structure, F class motor insulation grade, protection class is IP54, uplift whole performance of electric hoist.
    2、Electric hoist adopts H06-3 epoxy iron rustproof foundation painting, H06-1 epoxy zinc-rich intermediate painting, X52-E10 high chlorid polythene painting. Painting film thickness is less than 120μm, which provide reliable guarantee for moistureproof, antisepsis,anti-saltfog functions. 
    3、Whole structure is easy to disassembly, install, simple maintenance, convenient operation.
    4、Outside connection parts of whole electric hoist adopts galvanization treatment, which achieve moistureproof, antisepsis, anti-saltfog functions.
