曲线轨道电动葫芦

结构形式采取通用电动小车墙板与一个钢板和连接轴组焊的倒三角形吊梁双孔连接，三角吊梁下面通过螺母及推力轴承与一个横梁连接，三角吊梁相对横梁可在水平方向做360度旋转，从而实现电动小车的整体水平方向转动，大大减小了电动葫芦运行机构弧形轨道曲率半径。

    性能特点：
    1、旋转机构设计采用双孔三角形连接，三角形具有稳定性，由于是双孔连接所以限制了吊梁在墙板垂直方向的旋转自由度，在电动葫芦运行与制动时平稳可靠，不会产生惯性摆动问题，更安全。
    2、电动小车墙板通用，便于组织生产和日常管理，不用非标制做简化了工序。
    3、该设计外形美观、结构紧凑占用空间小、装配维修方便。
