Ceramic Fiber Blanket is made of high purity Alumino-Silicate （and Zirconia） fibrous wool.

 

Characteristic:

l         Needled blanket

l         Non-combustible

l         Low density and low thermal conductivity

l         Shorter heat up and cool down time

l         Resilience and resistance to thermal shock

l         Flexible and easy to cut or install

l         Consist of acoustic properties

l         Contain no organic binder

l         Refractory back-up installation

l         Direct exposure to heat as furnace hot face lining

l         Expansion joint seal

l         Fire protection

l         General high temperature insulation

l         Density: 64, 96, 128, 160Kg/m3

l         Thickness: 6, 10, 12.5, 15, 20, 25, 38, 50mm
