1000-1600C Ceramic Fiber Board

 

 Ceramic Fiber Board is made of Alumino-Silicate fibrous wool by vacuum forming process.

 

Characteristic:

l         Fibers are bonded by binder

l         Low density and low thermal conductivity

l         Shorter heat up and cool down time

l         Resilience and resistance to thermal shock

l         Greater mechanical strength

l         Can withstand gas flow velocity of 30 m/sec

l         Even density, thickness

l         Flexible and easy to cut or install

l         Asbestos free

 

Application:

l         Furnace with high temperature and high gas flow velocity

 

Specification:

l         Classification Temperature: 1000C, 1260C, 1425C, 1600C

l         Density: 200, 250, 300Kg/m³

l         Thickness: 6, 10, 12.5, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50mm
