In 1982, with the approval of higher authorities, the oringinal “Xue lian”company and the local agricultural machinery factory were united into a new organization “Tibet Motor Transport and Agricultural Machinery Repair Plant”. In the year of 1994, the name was changed into “Transportation Industry Corporation of Tibet”, with assets of 5.04 million Yuan. In March, 2005, under the shareholding system, the company founded a new plant “XueFeng New Building Material Corporation Ltd”, producing the new environmental protection wall materials aerated concrete bricks and this technology was greatly encouraged by the state policy. In 2006, with the approval of local State Asset Supervision and Administration Commission（SASAC），the name was changed into “Xuelian Industrial Trading Corporation Ltd in Shigatze, Tibet”   现状 公司拥有职工员工560余人（含聘用工），生产工人510名（技术工人占91%），技术人员、专业职称人员占3.39%;拥有资产1.07亿元，产品主要面对地区十八个县市的建筑市场。年度可实现工业总产值5000万元、利润500万元、缴纳税金600万元。2002年7月公司顺利通过国家2000版IS09000族标准质量管理体系认证。 2004年7月通过OHSAS18000职业健康安全体系认证，ISO14001：2004环境管理体系认证。 Current situation: Nowadays, Xuelian corporation has staff of 560 （temporaryly-hired staff are included）. 510 of them are Production workers （Among them, 91% are technical workers and 3.39% are technician and professionals.）. Xuelian company holds assets of 107 million Yuan and it supplies products to construction markets in the local eighteen cities. The yearly productivity can reach 50 million Yuan, in which 5 million Yuan is profit and 6 million Yuan goes to tax. In July, 2002, “Xue Lian” company won the ISO9000 Certificate of Standard Quality Management System which was worked out in the year 2000.
