1.**轻质、实心墙板（Minimum weight）
容重只有650kg/m3,免抹灰，是砖墙砌体的1/6重量。Unit weight is only
650kg/m3.Plastening is unnecessary.It weighs only 1/6 if compared
to the weight of brick wall. 2.**佳吊挂力轻质墙板 （Strongest hanging force）
单点吊挂力达50kg以上，可钉挂，可粘贴。The hanging force for individual spots is
above 50kg. Nails and adhesies can be applied for hanging.
3.**佳隔音效果(The best and soundproof result)
47dB的隔音效果，符合中国国家隔音测试标准GBJ121-88，由于材料的密度高、易反射，使其具备极强的隔音效果，优于一般砌体的隔音效果为32dB左右。产品大量应用于如天河娱乐城电影院、长沙华天五星级酒店、五星级南方明珠大酒店、珠江新城商业广场等对隔音要求较高的内隔墙。The

实验证明，墙板能在不作任何防水饰面的情况下，用水泥粘结成池体装满水，墙体背面能保持干燥不留任何印迹，在潮湿天气里墙面也不会出现冷凝水珠。The

由于是装配式墙体，板本身是三合一结构，板与板榫接成整体，抗冲击，抗弯折等性能都是砌筑墙体无法相比的。Due to their

由于强度高，整体性能好，因此可用作层高高、跨度大的墙体间隔，只要简单地采用钢结构锚固，型钢埋设于墙体内，大跨度，层高高的墙体就无需增加墙面的柱体，其抗冲击性能是一般砌体的1.5倍。Due

由于安装方便，无需砌墙砖抹灰等，故可缩短施工工期，即装即用，开槽快捷，水电
管线安装方便，施工效率是一般砌体的8-10倍，是可重复使用的优质墙体。The panels can be easily
installed and no brick and plaster are needed, therefore the
construction time can be shortened.It is also very convenient for
installing the related water and power systems. The efficiency of
installing panel wall is 8-10 times higher that of building brick
wall. In addition, the panels can be reused in other places when
they are removed. 10.**干净、文明方便施工（Easy for installing and convenient
for working）
施工时运输简洁、堆放卫生、无需批荡、干作业、无余泥、损耗低、工地很少废弃物、施工文明。材料运输重量是砖墙砌体重量的1/6。The
panels are easy to be carried and piled.No plastering and polishing
are needed. Without producing much resioues and wastes on site,
there is little loss of material. It is convenient for workers
transporting and carrying the panels as their weight is only 1/6 of
that of brick wall.

澳门回归工程实例
一九九九年八月我公司承接澳门回归大典会场的装饰工程。会场的全部墙体、天花板及外墙装饰全部使用“壁神”牌墙板、装饰薄板、保温板、外墙挂板。其工程由我公司施工队施工，全部工程在短短的四十八天内完成，受到中央及省市领导有关领导的赞扬。

壁神墙板的安装施工过程 Procedures for Installing "Bishen" Wall
Panels
1.抬板/panel carrying一块1.83m2的板两个人能搬运自如。two people can
easily carry a 1.83m2 panel. 2.锯板/panel
sawing根据要求用手提楐机任意分割。the panel can be sawed by portable saw
according to needs. 3.上浆/mortar
applying在墙板的凹槽上将水泥建筑胶，砂用灰桶拌浆抹上，保证榫接砂浆饱满均匀。apply cement adhesive and
mortar to the groove of panels to make sure the mortar is well
distributed evenly.
4.力板/panel erecting将墙板立起到预定位置。erect the panel to the
designated place.
5.就位/positioning将板墙用力靠紧，使砂浆从接缝挤出，保证砂浆饱满，用木尖将其顶紧。push the panel in
firm contact with the installed one to let mortar come out of the
seam between the two panels. Make sure there is sufficient mortar
and polish the mortar by wood stick.
6.校正/aligning用直尺铁撬从底部撬调校正。use ruler and iron stick to align and
calibrate the panel.
7.灌浆/grouting 用水泥砂浆填充上、下缝，等待其干硬后拔出木尖。apply cement
mortar to the upper and lower seam.Take out the wood pile when the
mortar becomes dry and hard. 8.贴布/mesh
pasting待三天至五天接缝砂浆干缩定型后，用乳胶将50mm宽的网格布贴在接缝处。after 3 to 5 days when
the mortar at the seam becomes dry and takes form,use emulsion to
paste the 50mm wide mesh on the seams. 9.刮灰、涂料/plaster
removing and
painting待泥子灰干燥后涂面层涂料或面漆。如贴瓷片、大理石等，无需刮泥子，直接用水泥浆贴在墙板上即可。after the
plaster becomes dry, apply a coating or paint. It is unnecessary to
remove the plaster if tiles or marbles are to be installed.
Directly install tiles or marbles by cement mortar.
10.开槽、埋线管/grooving and
piping预埋线管，可用手提楐机开槽埋好管线、线盒后用水泥砂浆补平。use portable saw for making
grooves and pipe lines. When pipes and cables are fixed.Use mortar
to polish the surface. 11.装门框/door frame
installing门框可用夹板直接在板上包套，用铁钉与墙锚固，用装饰板封面。use board to wrap the panel
and fix to the wall by nails. Apply surface board to decorate the
frame. 12.装门/door instaling门套完成后。install the door after the
frame cover is fixed.
