变频功能型电动葫芦利用变频器使电源频率发生变化，实现电动葫芦起升机构和运行机构的变速，使电动葫芦运行更平稳、定位更准确。该产品具有以下四个特点：1.能减小启动、停止时的冲击，具有平稳运行的性能；2.能按需求设定起升速度，可在1/8额定速度之间随意设定；3.能提高工作效率，在空载下，起升速度可在额定速度到1.5倍额定速度之间设定；4.可以通过变频器对运行电动机进行变频控制，从而使运行电动机微速运行，提高运行定位的准确性，还可以进行点动操作。
