HB（HBS）型钢丝绳防爆电动葫芦

HB、HBS型钢丝绳防爆电动葫芦按GB3836—2000的规定设计、制造和验收，防爆标志为dⅡBT4和dⅡCT4，适用于具有级别为ⅡA、ⅡB、ⅡC级,温度组别为T1—T4组的可燃性气体、蒸汽与空气形成的爆炸性气体混合物的场所（参见表一）。

    HB、HBS型钢丝绳防爆电动葫芦使用环境：温度-20℃—+40℃；海拔1000m以下；相对湿度 85%（20±5℃）。HB、HBS型钢丝绳防爆电动葫芦主体可悬挂在工字梁轨道上作直线或曲线运行，或安装在固定支架上，作为起吊重物之用。HB、HBS型钢丝绳防爆电动葫芦可以根据不同使用要求，同LXB型防爆单梁悬挂起重机或LB、LHB型防爆单、双梁桥式起重机配套使用。

    HB、HBS type wire-rope explosion-proof electric Hoists are designed, produced and inspected according to GB3836—2000. The explosion-proof mark is dⅡBT4 and dⅡCT4. They are applicable at such sites with explosive gas mixture combined by combustible gas, steam and air where the classification is ⅡA、ⅡB、ⅡC and the temperature group is T1—T4. (see table 1)

    For the use of HB、HBS type hoists, the ambient temperature should be -20℃—+40℃, altitude below 1000m, the relative humidity is 85% (20±5℃). The main body of HB、HBS type hoists can both be suspended from the I-steel beam track to travel straightly or in curve and installed on a fixed bracket to lifting objects. According to different demands, HB、HBS type wire-rope explosion-proof electric Hoists may be used together with LXB type explosion-proof single-girder suspension cranes or LB,LHB Explosion-proof Single and Double-girder Cranes.
