CD（TZ）同轴驱动电动葫芦

CD（TZ）同轴驱动电动葫芦为我公司**新研发的一种新型电动葫芦，该葫芦特点为一台电机和一台减速器驱动两套具有一定距离的卷筒起升装置，两套卷筒起升装置同升同降，共同提升重物。适用于吊载长度较大或两个须同升同降的重物（如：闸门起闭机、钢材等）等等。

    该电动葫芦的特点及优点为：
    1、两套卷筒起升装置**大间距可达到5m，可**大限度的满足较长重物的起吊要求。
    2、葫芦传动系统高速输入，低速输出，安全可靠；电机经减速器减速，再由中间传动装置传递扭矩至另外一套卷筒装置；中间低速传递扭矩保证了传递的可靠性和安全性。
    3、葫芦减速器为专业减速器厂家设计开发的同轴单输入双输出摆线减速器，该减速器重量轻，传动精确，传动惯量低，可靠性高，寿命长。
    4、所有传动轴均为花键连接，传递扭矩大，性能可靠。
    5、在传动轴间使用了CL系列鼓齿型联轴器，调心性能良好，避免了因传动距离过大而造成的不同轴现象。
    6、电机为锥型转子制动三相异步电动机，为电动葫芦**电机。
    7、电气元件为世界**的施耐德产品，采用大容量接触器等元件，控制开关与电机及电气部件的连接运用快速插头，使现场安装更快捷；葫芦各外漏部分电缆均有PE波纹管保护，保证电缆连接可靠。
    8、可根据用户要求做到：葫芦运行、起升单双速或变频无级调速控制，遥控操作，过载保护，电机过热保护等多种功能。

    CD（TZ）coaxial drive electric hoist is our recently-developed new model electric hoist, the feature of this hoist is one motor and one gearbox together drive two sets drum device with certain distance, two sets drum lifting mechanism lift and lower at the same time. Applies to lift heavy material with long length or simultaneous lifting and lowering material（such as: gantry crane for sluice gate , steels）etc.

    This model electric hoist features and advantages:
    1、wo sets drum lifting mechanism max distance amounts to 5m, which could best meet the needs of lengthy heavy material.
    2、Hoist transmission system high-speed input, low-speed output, safe and reliable. Motor speed is decelerated through gearbox, then transfer torque to another drum set by intermediate transmission device. Intermediate low speed transmission torque ensures the reliability and safety.
    3、Hoist gearbox is coaxial single input double output cycloid gearbox designed by professional gearbox manufacturer. This gearbox is with light weight, precise transmission, low transmission inertia, high reliability, long life-span.
    4、All transmission shaft is spline connection, with large transfer torque and reliable performance.
    5、CL series drum-gear coupling between transmission shafts, with good aligning performance, avoid non-coaxial conditions caused by large transmission distance.
    6、Motor is cone-shaped rotor brake 3-phase asynchronous motor, which is the special used motor for electric hoist.
    7、Electric equipment parts is from world first-class Schneider products, applies large capacity connector. Control switch, motor and other electric parts connection applies fast plug, which make local installation more convenient, various outside cable parts of hoist is protected by PE ripple pipe to ensure reliable cable connection.
    8、As per customers requirements, we could do as follows: Hoist traveling, lifting single and double speed or frequency inversion nonpolar speed-adjusting control, remote operation, overload protection, motor overheating protection and other functions.
