威海GH1140高温合金是Fe-Ni-Cr基固溶强化型变形高温合金，以加入铬、钨和钼等元素进行固溶强化，使用温度在850℃以下。合金具有中等的热强性、高的塑性，良好的抗冷热疲劳性的、组织稳定性和焊接工艺性能。适宜于制造航空发动机和燃气轮机的燃烧室板材结构件和其它高温部件。主要产品有板材、棒材、管材、丝材、带材和锻件等.

洛阳GH1140热处理制度:
焊接件：1070℃-1090℃，空冷。
棒材、锻件：1070-1090℃，保温2-3小时，空冷。
板材、丝材、管材：1050-1080℃，空冷或水冷。
