专业分选混杂塑料静电分选机

1、适用范围：适用于各类密度浮选法难以分选的混杂塑料，分选ABS/PC/沉水PP , PET/PVC , PC/PMM , ABS/改苯 , 合金/改苯等混杂塑料。破碎粒单次分选准确率（纯度）可达95%以上，二次分选可接近100%。对特殊不同组份的混合物料要先测试其带电性与塑料在不同的空间由于摩擦所产生极性，或者添加相应的活性剂增加其表面带电性，以便于更好的分选出不同的物料，

2、工作效率：每小时过机工作量为1吨上下，日工作量达20吨左右，装机容量30千瓦，占地面积约12平方米。

3、工作原理：待分选物料在进入静电分选高压空间前要通过特殊的装置预先使在自身的碰撞摩擦下产生相应的电荷，因在分选过程中物料的粒径大小对物料本身贺电性有显著区别，物料颗粒均匀度和物料自身的重量在分选过程中也受到相应的影响，对粉碎到颗粒状态差别比较大的情况下，可以通过筛分不同的颗粒大小，来提高分选过程中对回收纯度的影响降低，也可对根据颗粒状态差别比较小的颗粒调节分选电压的选择来控制回收物料的纯度，针对不同的物料粒径分离时所需要高压不同，所以物料进入主机分离前要用破碎机把物料破碎成10MM左右的颗粒状或片状，使得分离效果达到理想状态
