本公司自行研制的异型数控海绵切割机，是目前国内**先进、**实用、产量**高、噪音**低的CNC异形切割设备。采用PC电脑控制系统切割海绵，将海绵无粉尘切割成各种形状，经由电脑系统控制的X、Y、Z轴指令下，按图形的轨迹全自动进行切割加工。它有可靠的安全操作系统，能加工任意大小泡绵块、各类海绵字体、慢回弹海绵、各类高发泡、异形清洁用品、PVA、EPE、EPS、酚醛等等。适合于各种海绵制品生产。其特点如下：采用循环刀带切割,机器噪音低；切割速度快，效率高；加工精度高；无粉尘,绿色环保；转刀部分结构简单,维修方便；刀带经久耐用，设备损耗低；有良好的内部动态平衡特性,运行平稳；外型美观,结构牢固,可靠性高,使用寿命长；软件操作简单,兼容性好,可满足各种使用场合需要。

With control command of X, Y, C-axis, fully automatic cutting by tracking the graphic in PC.
