拉珠卷帘机构也是广泛使用于工程及民用建筑的立面遮阳的产品，其机构安装方便，操作简单、灵活。拉珠卷帘机构由轴轮、珠轮、扭簧、卷轴、支撑板等配件组成的。操作卷帘机构时通过拉动拉珠，带动珠轮旋转，此时扭簧松开方向受力使轴轮沿卷轴旋转和支撑板一起带动卷管旋转，使卷帘面料上下移动。
拉珠卷帘机构卷管使用表面阳极氧化处理的铝合金管，在面料与卷管之间用PVC插片连接。无需缝制，装配简单，可在现场改制，在操作过程中利用制动弹簧以防止面料自由下滑，尾塞转轴采用铜轴以增加使用寿命，操作拉珠使用紧密拉珠，使拉珠与珠轮之间受力点增加，从而增加操作的平稳度，其下轨由喷塑底轨组成。
拉珠卷帘机构的控制部分是一种利用卷簧扭转时，能单向控制被动轴实行回转运动的机构。此机构只要在卷管荷重范围内，保证帘布不会因自重而下滑，人工操作拉珠传动部分，帘布便会上升或下降，动作平滑稳定。在拉珠卷帘所有配件都是抗紫外线防老化设计，机构经过疲劳试验，其寿命可达二万次左右。
