FUN-ZONE 植绒充气床每款产品在出厂均会做静压负荷、动态冲击、熔接牢度（爆破）测试等各项严格测试，只有测试合格的产品才能出厂。

图例是做动态冲击测试，测试标准：将植绒床预先充气至3.7千帕，气床两侧（单人床则是一侧）各居中放置一块120cmX45.7cmX1.9 cm 的木板，木板上面分别放置150Kg砝码，使用马达以5～40转/分钟的速度在气床上方2.5cm处作不间断的压置测试，4500次后没有漏气则判断为通过动态测试。
Inflate each chamber of the mattress to a pressure of 15 in H2O.A sheet of 1.2 m X 45.7 cm X 1.9 cm (4.0 ft X 1.5 ft X 0.75 in) board will be placed & centered on each side of the mattress. Weight totalling 147.4 kg (325 lb) will be distributed on each of the boards. The weighted board will be dropped onto the mattress 4500 times at an appropriate rate of between 5 and 40 cycles per minute constantly maintaining 2.5 cm (1.0 in) above the mattress.At end of test, there will be no leaks.
