该机适用于加工内外圆孔直径150-500毫米玻璃的内外圆边或成形，如外圆也可磨成平边、圆边、鸭嘴边等。他采用真空将玻璃吸附在吸盘上。本机配机械无级调速电机、驱动转盘旋转，转盘的转速可在工作时间任意调速，调速平稳。该机也可以利用气缸推动转臂进行半自动磨削。在先磨削不同厚度的玻璃时，磨头可利用其气缸快速升降，以迅速改变磨轮位置或更换砂轮。更换砂轮可分别进行粗磨、精磨和抛光。
CYLINDRICAL & INTERNAL EDGING MACHINE is suitable for processing edges of cylindrical & internal or the molded glass edges with 150-500mm, the cylindrical can be edged as flat, circular and duck mouth shapes. The processed glass is adsorbed onto a vacuum sucker. A mechanical stepless speed regulator is adopted to make the curbing work. The speed can be regulated when the curbing work and can be slewed steadily. Either the machine can make use of the pneumatic mechanism for semi-automatic grinding. When grinding glass with different thickness, the wheel head can be raised or lowered fast with the air cylinder to change its position or change the heads. The rough grinding, fine grinding and the polishing can be done by changing wheels. |
