耐高温防火隔热绝缘材料.祥雨陶瓷纤维纸.以硅酸铝陶瓷纤维耐火纤维散棉棉为主要原料采用湿法成型制成。陶瓷纤维纸其特点为耐高温，无石棉、纤维分布均匀、色泽洁白、无分层、渣球少（四次离心除渣）、容重依据用途灵活调整、强度大（含增强纤维）、弹性好、机械加工性强。适用于高温环境下的隔热、保温、密封、电绝缘、吸音、过滤等。
祥雨陶瓷纤维维纸产品特性：低热容量；低热导率；优良的电绝缘性能；优良的机械加工性能；高强、抗撕扯；高柔韧性。
祥雨陶瓷纤维纸主要应用在各种工业炉及钢水包、铸桶、浸入式水口的高温隔热材料；工业电炉的电绝缘及隔热材料；炉门及炉体膨胀缝密封材料；铸铝模型内衬；微晶玻璃与热融（弯）玻璃的脱膜；高温垫片原料；汽车消音器的消声隔热材料、排气管的保温材料、隔离防烧结材料等。

Product Description: Featured by the aluminosilicate ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw materials are made using wet forming process. Based on traditional crafts in improved slag removal and drying process, characterized as non-asbestos, fiber distribution, color white, non-hierarchical, less slag ball （four centrifugal deslagging）, bulk density based on flexible adjustment of intensity （including reinforcing fibers）, flexibility, and strong machining. Environment for high-temperature insulation, thermal insulation, sealing, electrical insulation, sound-absorbing, filtering and so on.
Product features: low heat capacity; low heat conductivity; excellent electrical insulation properties; excellent machining performance; high-strength, tear resistance; high flexibility.
Typical Applications: all kinds of industrial furnaces and steel package, casting barrels, submerged entry nozzle of the high-temperature insulation material; industrial electric motor insulation and thermal insulation materials; furnace door and the sealing material expansion joints; Aluminum liner model; micro - crystal glass and hot melt （bending） of glass脱膜; high temperature gasket materials; the muffler car muffler insulation materials, the exhaust pipe of the thermal insulation material, isolation material, such as anti-sintering.
