Fa?ade EWC is a tough, UV stable, flexible, water resistant, elastomeric wall coating. It has been specifically formulated as a high quality coating for external/exposed walls. Fa?ade EWC is applied as an aesthetically attractive, semi-smooth, low sheen, uniform finish. Fa?ade EWC dries quickly to produce a washable finish that hides imperfections.

               室外牆面 具裝飾效果並要求防水性能

               基面 – 砌塊 紅磚 混凝土 砂漿 及水泥纖微板等 皆可

 

Limitations

• Not solvent or petroleum-based product resistant
• Do not use under the following application conditions:-

-         When rain appears imminent

-         On wet surfaces (unless sealed first with Ardex Hydrepoxy 300 at 3m?/L)

-         Where the surface temperature is below 10°C or above 30°C

                                                        施工溫度在10°C以下或30°C以上

 

Surface Preparation

Ensure all surfaces are structurally sound or securely fixed and totally dry. The surface to be coated should be free from dust, oil, curing compounds and any other contaminating materials. When applying over existing coatings, ensure they are firmly bonded, remove all loose and flaking material then clean and rinse thoroughly. The application of a test area is recommended to check adhesion. Sanding or grinding of existing coatings may be required to gain adhesion. Damaged or spalled concrete should be repaired (rendered, etc) and surface defects including all cracks and sharp protrusions should be treated prior to the application of Fa?ade EWC. Remove laitance by mechanical means and dense concrete should be mechanically roughened to open the pores of the concrete. New concrete should be left for at least 21 days to cure or alternatively primed with HydrEpoxy 300. Wet, damp or new concrete substrate surfaces should be primed with HydrEpoxy 300 and left to cure hard, usually overnight.

基面準備

基面必須乾燥,結實若為板材基底先行確實固定妥當,且排除表面灰塵,雜質或油污,養護劑等防礙附著污染物. 塗刷於舊有塗料面上時先行刮除鬆脫起皮部份對塗料附著能力有疑慮應先進行小區域範圍附著能力測試, 必要時舊有塗層必需進行打磨以利接著. 牆面破孔凹洞或裂縫皆應先行予以適當修補填實.牆面若為

緻密預鑄混凝土時亦需適當打磨, 一般而言新澆築混凝土至少需養護21天以上方能施工倘若趕工狀況下

可先以 300水基環氧防水膜作為底塗用以抑制基底濕氣, 當遭遇潮濕基面時同樣可300水基環氧防水膜先行打底待其乾燥後即可進行Fa?ade EWC外牆彈性防水塗料塗裝工作
