使用电动离心机注意事项

     一、正确安装

    （1）电源电压:电压波动要符合+10%以内的国家标准,否则一些厂家的离心机是不能正常运转。如果电压波动在此以上,建议用稳压器,以供符合此电网。

    （2）地线要牢:房间的电源的布线要符合要求。我国是三相四线制。三相是工业电中的三相,使用三相电时零线与地线分开,更重要的是不管是三相工业电也好,一般的单相电也好,地线应可靠,以免漏电,地线不能接在暖气管、自来水管上。

    （3）地面要平整、牢固:对大型离心机而言,在安装地点搬动地板要牢固,保证离心机的转子正常工作,不陷凹进去,安装固定处地面应平整且牢固。

    （4）找好水平:找较准确的小型水平尺,离心机盖子打开,在主轴上找水平,通过调整4个脚轮旁边的调整螺栓的拧动来找好水平,注意其中1脚不能落空。

    二、装样找平衡

    离心机在 设计与制造时,对转子的加工误差带来的不平衡,已作了动平衡试验的补救,但凡是离心机,都有其允许的装样不平衡量。离心机厂商为了在离心机允许的**大不平 衡限量这一指标上与其他厂家竞争,尽量给出较大值。在这较大值上,离心机可以运转,但这时产生的不平衡力以每分钟n次频率猛然冲击轴承及支架,离心机是受 损伤的。因此,用户对那些昂贵的离心机,尽量找好平衡后离心,对离心机的寿命有好处。

    三、清理离心腔内的积水

    离心机运转时使用制冷,由于空气的水分,在离心腔内结霜,停机后霜化为水。大部分国外的低速大容量离心机,没有排水孔,离心腔中水愈积愈多。此时,用户应自行拆下转子,清理积水。在重新安装转子时,一定要装好,避免出事故。

    四、铝合金不能受腐蚀

    离心机转子一般是用铝合金制造,当受腐蚀后强度降低,容易出事故。铝合金易受液体腐蚀,清洗后应用吹风机吹干,或倒置一段时间,确认干了才能使用。有的血站进口离心机,6个铝杯里应有的6个塑料托没有。塑料托中应放血袋,避免直接放在铝杯里。注意试管有无裂纹。

    若试管（尤其是反复使用的试管）有裂纹,万万不可使用,否则在使用中试管破裂会引起转子旋转中失去平衡,可引发断轴等恶性事故。

    五、断轴事故

    转子没安放好,或装样品不平衡超过量太大,离心机开 动。现代的进口离心机虽都有不平衡保护,即当不平衡量超过某一限时,应自动断电,令离心机停转。但在上述情况下,已经晚了,会出现恶性事故。恶性事故之一 是断轴,由于高速旋转中突然断轴,离心转子没有了支撑,在离心腔中乱转乱撞,可使离心机整机转270°角度。此时,若旁边有人员或设备,会造成人员伤亡与 毁坏设备的事故。
