工业铝型材概述：

是指除建筑装饰领域外的其他领域用途的型材，如交通、航空、家电等领域，一般情况下根据客户的技术、质量等要求进行开发。

工业型材所涉及到的铝合金包括1000~8000系列的合金牌号，表面处理有：阳极氧化、电泳涂装、粉末喷涂、氟碳喷涂、木纹喷涂、着色、染色、金色或无色烙化。表面状态有：光面、砂面（喷砂、酸亚）、抛光。

公司根据客户对产品的机械性能、表面处理及状态等技术进行技术组合，满足用户大需求。

Industrial profile means to be used in other regions except architecture and decoration, such as communication, aviation and electric. General speaking, it is explored according to the customers’ requires of technology and quality.

Industrial profile refers to alloys from series 1000 to 8000. The surface treatments have anodized, electrophoresis coated, powder coated, FC-coated, wooden, bepaint, dyeing, golden and achromaticity chromium ect. The states of surface have mill finish, sand pavement (sandblasting, acid glossy anodized) and polishing ect.

我公司生产的铝质散热器广泛应用于变频器、软启动器、逆变器、大功率电源模块、移动通讯基站电源、固体继电器、整流器、cpu散热器、家用电器、汽车散热器等产品和领域。产品尺寸精度高、散热导电性能良好、物理特性佳、内部组织致密、质密度好、防腐及表面处理效果优异、外观感美。

本产品可替代原铸铁展品，具有重量轻、外观美观大方、尺寸精度高（国内尺寸精度小于4u）、易于加工、散热性能好、噪音低等显著特点。

泵体材组织质密度好、无气孔、夹渣。外观整洁美观，广泛应用于工程建筑机械、**汽车、拖拉机和联合收割机等工农业机械以及其他机械的液压系统。
