1、 柜 体：采用1.2mm冷轧钢板经酸洗淋化防腐处理后，环氧树脂粉末喷塑。

2、 台 面：实验室**防腐12.7mm厚实心理化板，操作边整边。

3、  内衬板、导流板：采用6mm耐酸碱抗倍特板。
4、 视窗：采用钢化安全玻璃，开启高度0~740mm。
5、 平衡：采用无段式平衡升降系统，视窗可停留在任意位置。
6、 悬吊钢索：采用PVC包覆钢索。
7、 排气罩：采用pp防腐排气罩。

13、 泄水头：采用高密度PVC沉淀式泄水头，防止水管堵塞，并易于拆卸保养。
