一、用途：
适用于各类同轴、通讯、音频传输等电缆芯线的押出，如HDMI，DP，IEEE1394，CAT5E, DVI, CATV, ATA, RG, SYWV, JIS等系列物理发泡生产或实心押出。可实现实芯、双层、三层共挤押出。

1.采用进口变频器+ PLC触摸屏控制 +专业数控软件，装备工业计算机，存储显示，能及时修正工艺参数，调整、监控生产线状态。
2.使用廉价资源氮气做发泡介质（进口高压氮系统Max:78%, 进口低压氮系统Max:78%）。
3.可选配外径与电容检测装置，全程控制产品的绝缘外径，发泡度，偏心度等参数。
4.装配物理发泡**机头。

3. Optional outer diameter and capacitance detection device to control the insulation outer diameter, foaming degree, eccentricity and other parameters of the whole process.
4. Assemble the special head for physical foaming.
