货架的全部零件（螺栓标准件除外）均由配有瑞士金马的全自动涂装线进行环氧树脂表面静电喷涂处理，塑粉选用阿克苏塑粉；涂层厚度为60-80um，涂层表面硬度为2H，
喷涂工艺流程为：酸洗-烘干-磷化-喷涂-180℃恒温固化；
环氧树脂静电喷涂处理的特点：
1）.附着力达到GB92865-88标准中O级；
2）.硬度达到GB6739-86标准中2H；
3）.耐腐蚀性（盐雾试验）GB1771-91>500小时；
