Control Valve (Quick Exhaust Valve)

使用此閥可使單動或雙動氣壓缸在排氣時得以提高活塞之速度，壓縮空氣可經由快速排氣閥之P→A而從控制閥流到氣壓缸上去，此時排氣口R是封閉著的，如果壓力從P口放出的話，則空氣會經由內裝之消音器而從A流至R排洩掉。

為了能有效地利用此閥之特性，此閥應直接安裝在氣壓缸之氣口上，對於提高氣壓缸運動速度的效果尤為明顯。

This valve can increase the piston speed in the single-action or double-action pneumatic cylinders when proceeding air discharging. Compressed air can be delivered from Control Valve to Pneumatic Cylinder throughP→Aport of this Exhaust Valve, portRwill be closed at this moment. If pressure is released from portP, air will pass thru the Muffler installed, and be discharged from portAtoR.

To take the best effectiveness of this valve, it is recommended to be installed at the air port of the pneumatic cylinder, this will remarkably increase the speed of the cylinder.
