抗震型屋面变形缝怎么算

伸缩缝应保证建筑构件在水平方向自由变形,沉降缝应满足构件在垂直方向自由沉降变形,防震缝主要是防地展水平被的影响,但三种缝的构造基本相同。变形缝的构造要点是:将建筑构件全部断开,以保证缝两侧自由变形。砖混结构变形处,可采用单墙或双墙承重方案.框架结构可采用悬挑方案。变形缝应力求隐蔽,如设置在平面形状有变化处,还应在结构上采取措施,防止风雨对室内的侵袭。
 变形缝的形式围墙厚不同处理方式可以有所不同。其构造在外墙与内铺的处理中,可以因位置不同而各有侧重。缝的宽度不同,构造处理不同。外墙变形缝为保证自由变形,并防止风雨影响室内,应用授沥青的麻丝填嵌缝隙,当变形缝宽度较大时,缝口可采用镀锌铁皮或铝板盖缝调节;内墙变形缝着重表面处理,可采用木条或金属盖缝,仅一边固定在墙上,允许自由移动。

3、屋面变形缝构造
屋面变形缝的构造处理原则是既不能影响屋面的变形,又要防止雨水从变形缝处渗入室内。屋面变形缝按建筑设计可设于同层等高屋面上,也可设在高低屋面的交接处。
等高屋面变形缝的做法是:在缝两边的屋面板上砌筑矮墙,以挡住屋面雨水。矮墙的高度不小于250mm、半砖墙厚。屋面卷材防水层与矮墙面的连接处理类同于泛水构造,缝内嵌填沥青麻丝。矮墙顶部可用镀锌铁皮盖缝,也可铺一层卷材后用混凝土盖板压顶,如下图。

高低屋面变形缝则是在低侧屋面板上砌筑矮墙。当变形缝宽度较小时,可用镀锌铁皮盖缝并固定在高侧墙上,做法同泛水构造;也可以从高侧墙上悬挑钢筋混凝土板盖缝。

(6)屋面检修孔、屋面出人口构造
不上人屋面须设屋面检修孔。检修孔四周的孔壁可用砖立砌,也可在现浇屋面板时将混凝土上翻制成。其高度一般为300mm.壁外侧的防水层应做成泛水并将卷材用镀锌铁皮盖缝钉压牢固。

 镀锌钢板楼地面伸缩缝盖板特性:
 
(1)淬透性低。一般情况下,碳钢水淬的**大淬透直径只有10mm-20mm。
(2) 强度和屈强比较低。如普通碳钢Q235钢的σs为235MPa,而低合金结构钢16Mn的σs则为360MPa以上。40钢的 σs /σb仅为0.43, 远低于合金钢。
(3) 回火稳定性差。由于回火稳定性差,碳钢在进行调质处理时,为了保证较高的强度需采用较低的回火温度,这样钢的韧性就偏低;为了保证较好的韧性,采用高的回火温度时强度又偏低,所以碳钢的综合机械性能水平不高。
(4) 不能满足特殊性能的要求。碳钢在抗氧化、耐蚀、耐热、耐低温、耐磨损以及特殊电磁性等方面往往较差,不能满足特殊使用性能的需求。
黄铜楼地面伸缩缝盖板特性:
普通黄铜是铜锌二元合金,其含锌量变化范围较大,因此其室温组织也有很大不同。根据Cu-Zn二元状态图(图6),黄铜的室温组织有三种:含锌量在35%以下的黄铜,室温下的显微组织由单相的α固溶体组成,称为α黄铜;含锌量在36%~46%范围内的黄铜,室温下的显微组织由(α+β)两相组成,称为(α+β)黄铜(两相黄铜);含锌量超过46%~50%的黄铜,室温下的显微组织仅由β相组成,称为β黄铜。
