WJ-400B熔融指数仪  

熔融指数仪也称为熔融指数试验机、熔体流动速率测定仪，是根据国家**新标准制造，熔体流动速率测定仪是用于测定热塑性塑料熔体质量流动速率（熔融指数）MFR；单位：g/10min的仪器。

熔融指数仪可用于聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、ABS、聚酰胺、纤维树脂、丙烯酸酯、聚甲醛、氟塑料、聚碳酸脂等多种塑料材料的熔体质量流动速率（MFR）来进行测定；采用进口双显智能化控温仪表，控温精度稳定。

熔融指数仪由微处理器按标准试验流程进行程序化设定，升温速度快、恒温精度高；在填料之后，能迅速恢复恒温状态。中文显示，自动计时，自动切料，自动计算融指数结果、自动打印等多种功能。（可根据用户特殊要求配英文操作系统方法）。

一、熔融指数仪试验机特点

四、熔融指数工作原理

      WJ—400B熔融指数仪是塑料挤出仪器。它是在规定温度条件下，用高温加热炉使被测物达熔融状态。这种熔融状态的被测物，在规定的负荷下通过一定直径的小孔进行挤出试验。在塑料生产中，常用熔融指数来表示高分子材料在熔融状态下的流动性、粘度等物理性能。所谓熔体质量流动速率就是指挤出的各段试样的平均重量折算为10分钟的挤出量。
