   1、该系列机型具有通用和高效的特点，它是代替酸洗，碱洗等化学处理的加工方式，可分为四台抛丸器处理机型和六台抛丸器处理机型，可满足不同的生产效率的需要，且**的适应多品种产品的加工运行。该机型能很容易与先进的拉拔机配合使用，能以高达180m/min的速度工作，也可作单独抛丸线生产。

      工件尺寸在Φ5～Φ130mm内的线材、棒材及型材均可在机内进行抛丸处理。我们可以根据客户的生产方案和处理速度要求制定出个性化技术方案，其中包括有放卷、矫直机、上下料装置等确保生产线的高效运行。

      对于线材抛丸清理机组，可以通过调整抛丸器的丸流导流板来满足工件截面尺寸，使抛丸效率**优化，减少能量浪费。

      对于棒材抛丸清理机组，导向轮、加压轮可以为工件通过抛丸室提供通道，并且在加工过程中使工件运行平稳，从而提高了工作效率，保证了机器的稳定性。

SWB series type shot blasting machine divide into 4 set of impeller head and 6 set of impeller head,which can be meet with different demand of produce capacity. It can adapt to small batch produce processing, also can replace pickling, alkaline etc. chemical processing way. The model can be fit in drawing machine and be able to work with up to 180 m/min speed and be used as a single shot blasting line production.

With wire coil shot blasting machine, you can through to adjusts impeller head of steel shot flow deflector to meet workpiece cross section specification,to optimize blasting efficiency and reduce energy waste.

With bar shot blasting machine, Guide wheel and pressurized wheel can provide passageway when workpiece pass through the shot blasting chamber,and keep workpiece running smoothly in processing of production. To improve the work efficiency, and guarantee the stability of the machine.
