帝固钢系列蛭石金属瓦的中心，使用ZINCALUME（镀铝锌）的精钢，上下两层经过丙烯酸树脂层处理，以增强防阻侵蚀能力；再外是一层底漆，再向上的一面附着天然蛭石；在其上面涂有透明丙烯酸上光层。因瓦的两面皆被丙烯酸树脂层包裹著，大大增强其抵御天气侵害的能力。
经过了超越五十年不断精心研究及发展而成的帝固钢屋面系统，在新西兰及欧美等地均有生产及供应。其每片钢瓦中心，藴藏著压制成形的精钢。钢瓦本身的造型精巧，使瓦片与瓦片之间重叠互扣，造成极强的组合力；而这种重叠互扣形式，及其独特的水平式打针法，使所建造之屋面，均能经受世界上不同地方**恶劣天气的考验，并能抗御火灾、飓风、甚至地震。除此之外，7.0公斤/平方米的自重堪称世上**轻巧屋面瓦之一。
AHI屋面有限公司运用了高新的金属压制技术，开发出这套新的屋面系统，具备丰富多彩的的样式及颜色，使盖成的屋面，极好地展示建筑师的设计理念，更兼备持久耐用，不受天气影响及少需维修之优点。
丙烯酸透明树脂层
钢材上下表面均有丙烯酸透明树脂层，以保护铝锌镀层，增强钢板的抗腐蚀性能。
底漆
在电脑恒温控制的烘箱将压制成型的钢板，运用AHI公司的**底漆，将天然蛭石颗粒牢牢地粘接在钢板上。
