合金钢高强度旋转吊环螺丝Swivel Hoist Ring—模具吊环，模具设备吊装工具，可水平旋转360度，上下翻转180度。
旋转吊环螺丝具有水平360度旋转和上下180度翻转功能。
通过的测试负荷为工作负荷的2.5倍，产品均在1.5倍工作负荷下进行20000次疲劳测试。
所有的旋转吊环螺丝均符合甚至超过ASME B30.26标准的要求。
每一个锻造部件都带有相对应的炉号和检测证书。
吊环由合金钢经高温淬火锻造而成。
额定载荷下滚珠轴承能够充分旋转。
所有产品均经过“达克罗”表面处理以增强抗腐蚀能力。
螺栓等级强度为12.9级。
100%全部通过磁粉探伤检验。
垂直翻转达100%限定量**大角度90度。
