产品简介:

1.本机组主要采用两个称量传感器、依次上升进入称重状态，称量过程由表头完成，通过传感器测到重量达到称重目标值后，这是灌浆机的表头发出称好联络型号，给外部灌装线控制部分（如包装机）。
2.同时灌装线放行允许下一次灌装准备，当灌装桶到位时，由灌装线给电子秤自动进入下次称量，以达到工作循环。
3.适用范围：本机组主要适于流水线中液体的计量分包装。

Brief:
This machine contains two weighting sensors.They ascend in turn and get ready to weigh the material.The process is finished by gauge head.The gauge head of the grouter will send the finishing contact signal to the control segment of the exrernal bottling line while the weight has arrived the target surveyed by the sensors.At the same time,the next filling process id preparing.When the fillinf pot is in a fixed position,the line will send the next weighing signal to the eletronic scale.This machine is mainly used in weighing and packing in production line of liquid.
