HZDM522 Glass straight multi-sides edge grinder

本机适用于不同尺寸和厚度的平板玻璃的直线底边及棱角的磨削加工。机器1#~5#磨轮安装在同一活动梁上，可以从0°~45°对玻璃直线底边进行粗、精磨及抛光加工；6#~9#磨轮分别是直线底边棱角的精磨及抛光。此机1#~5#磨轮调0°时，即为九磨头直边磨边机效果，摆至其它角度时，则为多边磨边机用。本机还采用无级变速器调节加工速度，快慢可调，操作方便，加工玻璃粗、精磨，抛光一次完成。
Feature：
　　This machine is suitable to grinding process for different sizes and thickness of the hemline, edges and corners of flat glass. All 1#~5# grinding wheels are equipped on the same active girder, and can be used to kibbling, exactly grinding, polishing the hemline of glass from 0°to 45°; 6#~9# grinding wheels are used to exactly grinding and polishing the edges and corners of the hemline. When 1#~5# grinding wheels are adjusted to 0°, that is nine-grinding heads line border-grinder, in other cases, it can be used as multi-sides border grinder. This machine use no-grade shift-speed instrument which can adjust the speed of process, it"s easy to operate. Moreover, it can finish kibbling, exactly grinding, polishing glass in one process.
